The agreement
Dleev is operated by Reach & Bridge Sdn. Bhd. ("Dleev", "we", "us"), company number [Company registration number — add before launch], registered at [Registered address — add before launch]. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
What the service is
Dleev generates, publishes and measures landing pages. You describe a campaign, we produce a page, you edit it, and you publish it to a web address you control. The service also captures enquiries from those pages, offers an optional AI chat assistant, runs version tests, and generates cookie and privacy pages for the pages you publish.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract
- Give accurate details and keep them current
- You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep it secure and tell us promptly if it is compromised
- One person or business per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing
Your content, and your responsibility for it
You keep ownership of everything you put into Dleev and everything you publish with it. You grant us only the permission we need to host, process and display it in order to run the service.
You are responsible for what your pages say and for the data they collect. That includes having the right to use the images, names and claims on them, having a lawful basis to collect the details you ask visitors for, and complying with advertising rules and privacy law where your visitors are.
What you may not do
- Publish anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Make claims you cannot substantiate, or invent reviews, ratings, endorsements or urgency
- Collect payment card details, government identifiers, or health data through our forms
- Use the service for adult content, gambling, weapons, or anything our payment or infrastructure providers prohibit
- Attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the platform itself
- Send traffic you have obtained through spam, malware, or bought bot traffic
Pages and copy generated by AI
Page copy is drafted by an AI model from the brief you give it, and the chat assistant answers from the information you provide. Both can be wrong. You are responsible for reading what is generated before you publish it, and for the accuracy of anything the chat tells your visitors on your behalf.
The legal pages we generate — privacy, cookie and imprint — are a starting point built from your own details. They are not legal advice and we do not warrant that they satisfy the law that applies to you. Have them reviewed.
Buying a domain through us
Domains bought inside Dleev are registered through our registrar partner. Registration fees are the registrar's, passed through to you at checkout, and you also agree to the registrar's terms and to ICANN's registrant policies.
- Once a domain is registered the fee is not refundable — that money has left our hands
- You are the registrant and the domain is yours; we set it up and manage renewals for you
- Give accurate registrant contact details; ICANN requires them and a domain can be suspended for inaccurate ones
- If your account closes, tell us where to transfer the domain
Fees, billing and the free tier
Paid plans are not yet published. While that is the case, the free tier is open with no end date announced, and we will give account holders reasonable notice by email before anything about their account changes.
- Charges, when they begin, are in US dollars and taken by our payment provider
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account
- Prices exclude any tax that applies where you are
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change takes effect at your next renewal
Availability
We work to keep Dleev running and published pages served, but we do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will avoid doing so at short notice where we reasonably can. Published pages are served from an edge network and are designed to keep serving even while the application itself is unavailable.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, its page-building blocks and the Dleev name are ours. You get a licence to use them while your account is open. Nothing here transfers ownership of the platform to you, and nothing transfers ownership of your content to us.
Data protection
Where we handle personal data that your visitors give you, we do so as your processor and you remain the controller. Our Privacy Policy sets out what that means. If you need a signed data processing agreement, ask us.
Ending the agreement
- You may close your account at any time; published pages stop being served when you do
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it
- Export your leads before you close — after 30 days we delete them
- Fees already paid for a period already used are not refunded
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that: the service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law implies and cannot exclude. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or for enquiries you did not receive. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period, or one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Dleev after that means you accept the new terms.
