Refund Policy

We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than argue about it. There is one thing we genuinely cannot refund, and it is explained below.

While there is no paid plan

Paid plans are not yet published, so there is currently nothing to refund on a subscription. The free tier is open with no end date announced, and we will give notice before that changes. Everything below applies from the point paid plans launch.

Subscriptions

  • Cancel at any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not published a page, write to us and we will refund it in full
  • We do not automatically refund part-months, but if you were charged for a period you did not intend to use, ask — we will usually agree
  • If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, tell us and we will credit or refund the affected time

Domains bought through Dleev

Domain registration fees are not refundable, and this is not a policy choice on our part. When you buy a domain, we immediately pay the registrar to register it in your name. That money is spent and cannot be recovered, even if you change your mind an hour later.

  • Check the spelling before you pay — a registered domain cannot be swapped for a different one
  • You own the domain, so if you leave Dleev you can transfer it away and keep it for its remaining term
  • If registration fails for a technical reason on our side, we refund the full amount
  • Automatic renewals can be turned off before the renewal date; once a renewal is charged the same rule applies

How to ask

Email hello@dleevapp.com from the address on the account, tell us what you would like refunded and why. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback suspends the account automatically while the payment provider investigates, which is slower and worse for both of us than an email.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any cooling-off period that applies to you.
