1. You have a Dleev account and want it deleted
You can delete your account yourself, and you do not have to ask us or sit through a retention offer.
- Sign in and open Settings, then Delete account
- Confirm — this unpublishes every page on the account immediately
- Everything is deleted within 30 days: account details, projects, pages, enquiries, chat transcripts and analytics
- Encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days
If you cannot sign in, email hello@dleevapp.com from the address on the account and we will verify you another way.
2. You are a customer deleting enquiries, not your account
You can delete individual enquiries, or all enquiries for a page, from the lead inbox. This is what you need if someone who filled in your form has asked you to erase their details.
- Deleting an enquiry removes the contact details, the form answers and any chat transcript attached to it
- Anonymous visit counts remain, because they hold nothing that identifies a person
- Deletion reaches our backups within 30 days
- You are the controller of that data, so answering the request is your responsibility — but the mechanics are one click
3. You filled in a form on a page built with Dleev
The business whose page you were on holds your details and decides what happens to them. We only store the data for them. Your fastest route is to contact that business directly and ask them to delete it — they can do it immediately from their inbox.
If you cannot find their contact details, or they do not respond, write to hello@dleevapp.com with the web address of the page and roughly when you submitted the form. We will identify the business, pass your request to them, and tell you who they are so you can follow it up. Where the law requires us to act, we will.
